In an effort to assist youth in developing future skills and abilities to thwart the pitfalls of crime, delinquency and inter-generational poverty, FPA will aggressively advocate and solicit the federal, state, local governments and the corporate sector for resources and innovative results driven partnerships to address these issues.

This will be accomplished through partnerships with Traditional, Faith and Community based organizations as the direct service providers with an emphasis on inner city youth, high crime neighborhoods as well as focusing on high concentration communities of foster care, abused and neglected age appropriate youth, whom exhibited the desire to succeed.
