Member Services:
• Members will be privy to the latest in prevention training through the various state agencies.
• Members will receive the latest legislative information pertaining to prevention services and funding weekly during the legislative session.
• Members will receive quarterly newsletters detailing prevention best practices and prevention networking initiatives that work.
• Members will receive legislative advocacy during the legislative session on the statewide level as well as locally.
• Members will be able to have access to a statewide networking mechanism that will interface with other prevention service providers, performing like services as well as totally different services which would meet other prevention service needs not presently provided by the primary provider.
• Members will have assistance in trouble shooting communication difficulties with state agencies.
• Members will receive information pertaining to funding releases from state agencies.
• Members will receive resource referrals to enhance or correct organizational deficiencies, i.e., consultants, grant writers, diversity trainers, accountants, mentors, etc.
